My name is Cayce Levine, and I proudly serve as the Managing Broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices York Simpson Underwood Realty in Cary, North Carolina. You will usually find me in a blazer, iced Starbucks coffee in hand, coaching agents, problem-solving contracts, or helping someone think a little bigger about what their business could become.

Before stepping into leadership, I built my own career in residential and luxury real estate. That experience shapes everything I do as a Managing Broker. I understand the pressure of building a pipeline, navigating complex transactions, and trying to grow without burning out. I also know what actually moves the needle. Not hype. Not guesswork. Clear systems, strong skills, and consistent support.

At our Cary office, we focus on building real estate businesses the right way. Agents here are taught how to research homes, write solid contracts, communicate confidently with clients, and create intentional business plans backed by proven tools and marketing strategies. Just as important, we’ve built a culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and encouragement. This is an office where questions are welcome, wins are celebrated, and no one is expected to figure things out alone.

Outside of real estate, I’m married to my husband of ten years, and we love exploring everything North Carolina has to offer. From kayaking in the mountains to paddling around the Triangle and down at the coast, getting outside and staying curious is part of who I am and how I lead.
